Our Estimate
​
After we visit your home, we will send you by email a proposal that includes prices, materials, payments terms about your project. The proposal will be completed in about a week or less. This proposal will include estime time to make the job, special upgrades, 2 references from previous clients and some photos of previous projects similar to the one you requested. We will be able to answer any questions about the project.

SIGNING AGREEMENT
​
After we sign agreement: we provide you drawing, City and HOA project, submit permit in the city (If it is required) and schedule time to start the project. Scheduling of your project will depend on several factors — how many jobs we are currently working on, the weather, or if you have a particular deadline for an event at your home.
HOA and CITY PERMIT
Some areas required HOA permit we provide you the project.
Some cities or project require permit from the city . we will handle every submission, inspection, and approval required.
WARRANTY
3 months of warranty for materials and workmanship.
We offer a extended one warranty, extra charges applied.
DRAWINGS
Design drawing (CAD) 3D views, specifications, dimensions and elevations to help you with a better perspective and visualization of design
